Locum Tenens Physician - Urologist Surgeon Needed in WI

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Urologist Physician for an urgent 30-day assignment in Wisconsin, starting Nov 11, 2026. This role involves 24-hour shifts focused on evaluating and managing emergent and urgent urologic conditions, providing timely consultations, and coordinating patient care across multiple teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate and manage emergent and urgent urologic conditions.
• See appropriate urgent/emergent patients in the outpatient clinic setting when clinically feasible.
• Provide timely urologic consultation and treatment recommendations.
• Help facilitate appropriate management of patients and reduce avoidable Emergency Department transfers when outpatient management is appropriate.
• Respond to urologic call needs for both locations during the assigned 24-hour period.
• Coordinate with hospital emergency, primary care, and other specialty teams as needed.
• Manage urology consults.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Urology is required.
• EMR System: Epic.
• Call Schedule: Responding to urologic call needs during assigned 24-hour periods, covering both locations.
