We are seeking a dedicated Vascular Surgeon Physician for a 12-day assignment in Illinois, starting Nov 9, 2023. The schedule involves Monday-Friday clinic from 8 AM to 5 PM, with night call (not every night) and some 24-hour weekend call coverage. This role requires performing open and endovascular procedures within a Level 1 Trauma Center, managing an average census of 5-10 patients daily, and handling approximately 6 outpatient elective procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct approximately 6 outpatient elective procedures

Board Certifications: Vascular Surgery; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Basic Life Support (BLS)

Requirements: Active Illinois license required (IMLC not accepted), clean background
Work Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center, including outpatient elective procedures
Call Schedule: Out of house call, with night call (not every night) and some 24-hour weekend call coverage
Patients Per Day: 5-10 patients
LOA: 12 Days
Staffing Mix: Strong support staff including 1 APP and nursing staff in clinic, plus 2 APPs assisting with rounding
