Locum Tenens CRNA - CA Needed in California

We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 60-day assignment in California. This role involves covering multiple specialties with a schedule that includes Monday to Friday shifts and two weekends per month, offering various shift times between 0630 and 2300. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of cases, including general, spine, neuro, ortho, gyn, and urology, providing essential anesthesia care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and administer anesthesia.
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and manage post-operative anesthesia care.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Additional Information

• Board Certification: Anesthesiology
• Required Certification: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• EMR System: Epic
• Work Setting: Primarily Clinic and Call, spanning inpatient and outpatient environments
• Call Requirement: Out of House Call
• Patient Volume: 6-10 patients per day
• Length of Assignment: 60 Days
• Staffing Mix: 1 CRNA and 1 Anesthesiologist
• Case Types: General, Spine, Neuro, Ortho, Gyn, Urology. No OB or Trauma cases.
