Locum Tenens CRNA - NY Needed in New York

We are seeking a skilled CRNA for a 120-day assignment with our client in New York. This role requires availability for 12-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, including call and weekend duties as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases, such as general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, GI/endoscopy, and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Administer anesthesia for general surgery cases.
• Provide anesthesia services for orthopedic procedures.
• Manage anesthesia for OB/GYN cases.
• Support urology and GI/endoscopy procedures with anesthetic care.
• Handle anesthesia for emergency and urgent surgical cases.
• Collaborate within an MD/CRNA anesthesia team.

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN); Basic Life Support (BLS)
• EMR: Epic
• Work setting involves clinic responsibilities and call duties.
• Call Schedule: Out of house call
• Patients per day: Approximately 4–7 cases per day, case-dependent
• LOA: 120 Days
• Staffing Mix: Multiple anesthesiologists, CRNAs, OR/PACU RNs, surgical techs, and multidisciplinary surgical teams
