Locum Tenens CRNA - NY Needed in New York

Our client in NY is seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 120-day assignment. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule of 8s, 10s, or 12s, with call and weekend requirements as needed. You will be responsible for a variety of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, GI/endoscopy, and emergency/urgent surgical cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide anesthesia for general surgery cases
• Manage anesthesia for orthopedic procedures
• Administer anesthesia for OB/GYN cases
• Support urology surgeries with anesthesia
• Handle GI/endoscopy anesthesia needs
• Address emergency/urgent surgical cases
• Exclude heads and hearts cases

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• EMR: Epic
• Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN), Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Setting: Clinic and Call
• Call Schedule: Out of House Call, required as needed, cannot guarantee every weekend will be needed
• Patients Per Day: 4–7 cases/day, case-dependent
• LOA: 120 days
• Staffing Mix: Multiple anesthesiologists, CRNAs, OR/PACU RNs, surgical techs, and multidisciplinary surgical teams
