Locum Tenens Physician - Cardiothoracic Surgeon Needed in Missouri

We are seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a 60-day assignment in Missouri, commencing Dec 18, 2024. The schedule involves 24-hour call coverage from 7am-7am, with specific dates in December followed by 7-14 shifts per month from January 2027 onward. This role entails providing comprehensive cardiothoracic surgery call coverage at a level II Trauma Center, managing routine and emergency cases such as CABG, TAVR, valve repair, ablation, minimally invasive techniques, and stents.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 24-hour CT Surgery call coverage at a level II Trauma Center.
• Manage all routine cardiothoracic surgery cases and emergencies.
• Perform procedures including CABG, TAVR, valve repair, ablation, minimally invasive techniques, and stents.
• Demonstrate comfort and proficiency with a wide range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures.
• Possess additional experience or skillset with Vascular procedures (highly preferred).
