Locum Tenens Physician - Surgery - Cardiovascular & Thoracic Needed in WI

Job Description

Our client in Wisconsin is seeking a highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a 120-day assignment starting Nov 1, 2026. This role involves comprehensive general cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgery, including evaluation and management of cardiac, pulmonary, and vascular system disorders, alongside crucial ventilation management. You will be instrumental in providing critical surgical care to patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• General CV/thoracic surgery – evaluation and management of disorders involving the cardiac and pulmonary systems, or anomalies of the thoracic cavity
• General vascular surgery – evaluation and management of disorders involving the vascular system including AV shunts, filters, amputations, etc.
• Ventilation management - establishing and maintaining an airway; various modes of ventilation

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery is required
• EMR System: Epic
