Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Critical Care Medicine Needed in Missouri

We are seeking a Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner for an engaging 117-day assignment in Missouri. This role involves managing pre- and post-operative patients, including ECMO cases, and overseeing responsibilities within the floor and CTICU during night shifts, from 1830 to 0700, with various dates available.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage pre- and post-operative patients.
• Oversee ECMO cases.
• Be responsible for care on the floor and within the CTICU.
• Handle CTICU/MICU patient cases.

• Required Board Certifications: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
• EMR: Epic
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Schedule: No call required
• Patients per Day: Anticipate a patient census of 8-12 daily, across floor and ICU
• LOA: 117 Days
• Staffing Mix: The team comprises 3 Cardiothoracic APPs during weekdays and 1 during weekends, with an attending surgeon always available
