Locum Tenens Physician Assistant - Critical Care Medicine Needed in PA

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Medicine Physician Assistant for a 90-day assignment starting Nov 3, 2026, in Pennsylvania. Our client requires a skilled professional to primarily manage HVI CCU patients, which involves daily rounding, patient management, order entry, admissions, post-operative management, and performing procedures. The schedule includes three 13-hour shifts per week, covering nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Primarily manage HVI CCU patients under the guidance of our Intensivist.
• Perform daily rounding and comprehensive patient management.
• Handle order entry and patient admissions.
• Provide post-operative management.
• Execute procedures including arterial lines, central lines, swan ganz catheters, and IABP removal.

• Setting: Inpatient
• Schedule: Three 13-hour shifts per week (7am - 8pm or 7pm - 8am), including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
