Locum Tenens Dentist - LA Needed in LA

Job Description

We are seeking a Dentist for a 120-day assignment in Louisiana, starting Jul 6, 2026. The successful candidate will provide general dentistry to patients of all ages in a community health setting, focusing on bread and butter cases, and will also participate in mobile unit assignments. Shifts are varied throughout the week, offering a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide general dentistry services, including fillings, exams, simple extractions, and scaling.
• Be comfortable working with patients of all ages within a community health setting.
• Ensure high patient satisfaction and quality of care.
• Be proficient in treating children, with nitrous oxide available at the office.
• Participate in mobile unit assignments two days per month.

Additional Information

• Schedule: Monday & Thursday: 8a-5p; Tuesday: 10a-7p; Wednesday: 8a-7p (can accommodate 8a-5p if needed); Friday: 8a-2p.
