Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine Needed in Arizona

Our client is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 42-day assignment in Arizona. This role involves working 7-14 shifts per month, with 12-hour day or night shifts focused on providing comprehensive emergency medical care. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of emergency cases within an outpatient setting, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care for patients.
• Work 12-hour shifts, covering day or night rotations as scheduled.
• Manage an average caseload of 2-4 patients per hour.

Additional Information

• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• Call Schedule: No call required
• Patients per day: 2-4 per hour

• Staffing Mix: 1 APP on day shift, solo MD on night shift
