Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine Needed in Kentucky

Our client is actively seeking an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in Kentucky, commencing Jan 1, 2027. This role involves staffing one of six emergency medicine departments, offering 15-20 shifts per month. The schedule primarily emphasizes 24-hour shifts (1 on/1 off), with the flexibility to accommodate 12-hour shifts as needed. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive emergency medicine care while being cross-credentialed across all six sites.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive emergency medicine care across six hospital sites
• Work a schedule predominantly featuring 24-hour shifts (1 on/1 off), with 12-hour shifts as an alternative
• Cross-credential and work across all six Med Center Health emergency departments

Additional Information

• Board Certifications: Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• EMR: Epic
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Call Schedule: No Call required
• LOA: 60 days
• Shift Hours: 7 AM - 7 AM
