Job Description

Our client in Oregon is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 120-day assignment beginning Jun 19, 2026. This role focuses on inpatient duties within an active emergency department, which includes 9 private monitored rooms, two of which are trauma/resuscitation bays, plus three triage treatment rooms. The schedule involves alternating 7-day and 7-night, 12-hour shifts, with no call responsibilities.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide inpatient care in an Emergency Department setting, utilizing private monitored rooms (including trauma/resuscitation bays) and triage treatment rooms.
  • Secure Hospital Privileges only; no clinic duties are involved.
  • Perform ED rounds.
  • Work an alternating schedule of 7-day shifts (7:45 - 19:45) and 7-night shifts (19:45 - 7:45), each lasting 12 hours.
  • Maintain no call schedule.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Emergency Medicine is required.
  • The EMR system utilized is Epic.
