We are actively seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our client for a compelling 90-day locum tenens assignment in Texas, commencing Nov 16, 2026. This vital role focuses on delivering high-quality, emergent patient care within a fast-paced environment, requiring physicians to manage a diverse range of conditions during shifts scheduled from 7 AM to 7 PM. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries in an emergency department setting.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of emergency conditions, including critical care, trauma, and various medical emergencies.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory studies and imaging, to formulate accurate diagnoses.
  • Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and initiate appropriate medical interventions.
  • Perform emergency procedures, including but not limited to intubation, central line placement, and laceration repair.
  • Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
