Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 25-day assignment in North Carolina. This role involves providing general primary care for the onsite health of a factory, specifically on Thursdays and Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Please note the clinic will be closed on November 16 and December 25. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to employee wellness and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage general primary care cases for the onsite health of the factory.
Handle DOT certification and workers compensation cases.
Address occupational health concerns approximately 50 percent of the time.
Treat acute and chronic cases including coughs, flus, hypertension, and diabetes.
Perform physical examinations.
Comfortably perform sutures as needed.
