Our client in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 25-day assignment, beginning Sep 28, 2026. This role is crucial for providing general primary care and maintaining the onsite health of a factory workforce, with a commitment of approximately 22 hours per week.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive general primary care services within an onsite factory health setting.
  • Manage a diverse range of acute and chronic medical conditions, including coughs, flus, hypertension, and diabetes.
  • Conduct routine physical examinations.
  • Perform minor procedures, including sutures, with proficiency.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
  • Candidates must have experience with DOT certifications and workers compensation cases.
  • The role involves approximately 50% occupational health cases.
  • The facility utilizes Epic EMR.
