Job Description

Our client in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician Assistant for an 80-day assignment beginning Nov 23, 2026. This role involves varied shifts including 8am-5pm, 10am-7pm, or 8am-7pm. You will be responsible for conducting annual wellness exams, sports and school-required physicals, immunizations, and managing common acute and chronic conditions across multiple school-based health centers.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Float between 2 or 3 school-based health center locations some days.
  • Conduct annual wellness exams.
  • Perform sports and school-required physicals.
  • Administer immunizations and vaccine updates.
  • Evaluate and treat upper respiratory infections, influenza, and COVID-19.
  • Address ear infections, sinus infections, and stomach viruses.
  • Manage minor skin infections, rashes, and minor injuries not requiring emergency care.
  • Provide follow-up care for conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and allergies.
  • Participate in ADHD management depending on provider and care plan.
