Our client in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 120-day assignment. This role involves comprehensive outpatient care, including physical exams, vaccinations, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. The schedule offers flexibility with options for five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, including dedicated administrative time daily.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform physical exams and administer vaccinations.
Diagnose and treat a range of acute and chronic illnesses, including hypertension, diabetes, cold, cough, flu, ear infections, and COVID.
Demonstrate proficiency in procedures, a valuable asset for this position.
Additional Information
Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
EMR: Epic.
Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only).
No call responsibilities.
Anticipate seeing 16-18 patients per day.
LOA: 120 Days.
Staffing Mix: Collaborate with NPs, MDs, RNs, and MAs; provider will have 1.5 to 2 assigned MAs.
