Locum Tenens Physician - Family Practice Needed in Washington

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for an outpatient assignment in Washington. This 240-day assignment involves providing comprehensive primary care clinic coverage, managing an established patient panel, and addressing a combination of follow-up and new patient visits for a diverse range of acute and chronic cases. The schedule operates Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with options for either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care clinic coverage
• Manage an established patient panel
• Conduct follow-up and new patient visits
• Address a range of conditions including cold, cough, flu, and perform routine physicals
• Manage acute and chronic cases such as diabetes and hypertension
• Comfort with women's health procedures, including IUD insertions/removals and Nexplanon, is valued

• Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Call Schedule: No Call
• Patient Volume: 15-18 patients per day
• LOA: 240 Days
• Staffing Mix: Four Family Medicine physicians, Medical Assistants, front desk/schedulers, and Advanced Practice Provider staff. A designated RN/MA will support the provider.
