Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hematologist/Oncologist for a 60-day assignment in Kentucky, starting Sep 1, 2026. This role involves covering the clinic from 8 AM to 5 PM, seeing 10-12 patients per day for oncology and hematology cases, including infusions and consults. You will also take one day of call per week for hospital consults, with no nights or weekends required. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, manage patients, and oversee treatment plans.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Cover the clinic, seeing 10-12 patients per day with potential for new patient intake
  • Provide one day per week of call for hospital consults, without nights or weekends
  • Manage cases with a split of 70% oncology and 30% hematology
  • Perform infusions and consultations
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive treatment plans
  • Review laboratory results, imaging, pathology reports, and treatment response
  • Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
