Locum Tenens Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine Needed in Indiana

We are seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for a 100-day assignment in Indiana. The chosen candidate will manage clinic rounding, see consults, and provide 24-hour call coverage, including specific long weekend shifts from Thursday 5p to Monday 8a, in an inpatient setting. The schedule involves clinic hours from 8a-5p, followed by 5p-8a call coverage.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform clinic rounding and see consults.
• Provide call coverage as required.
• Manage high acuity patients within a NICU level 4 perinatal center.
• Participate in a Cardio OB program, collaborating with cardiologists to see patients twice weekly.

• Board Certifications: Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Additional Required Certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• EMR Systems: Athenahealth, Sunrise Clinical Manager.
• Work Setting: Inpatient.
• Call Schedule: 24-hour out of house call.
• Patient Volume: Approximately 8 patients per day in clinic; facility handles 3000 deliveries per year.
• LOA: 100 Days.
• Staffing Mix: 2-4 Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians on staff with APP coverage.
