Job Description

We are seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for an 80-day assignment with our client in New Jersey, starting Jul 6, 2026. This full scope MFM position involves a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule with some weeknight and 24-hour weekend call. The selected Physician will provide comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies and perform advanced obstetric procedures.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive consultations for high-risk pregnancies, including maternal and fetal complications.
  • Perform and interpret advanced obstetric ultrasounds, fetal echocardiography (if applicable), Doppler studies, and prenatal diagnostic procedures.
  • Co-manage patients with obstetricians, midwives, and other specialists to optimize maternal and fetal outcomes.
  • Participate in labor and delivery coverage for complex cases, as needed.
  • Conduct first-, second-, and third-trimester ultrasounds.
  • Perform amniocentesis and CVS (if applicable).
  • Execute fetal assessment, NSTs, and BPPs.
  • Manage hypertensive disorders, diabetes, multiple gestation, placenta accreta spectrum, preterm birth prevention, and other high-risk conditions.
  • Work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with some weeknight and 24-hour weekend call.
