Job Description

We are seeking a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner for a 30-day assignment in Tennessee, starting Sep 28, 2026. This role involves total patient management for neonatal patients under physician direction within a NICU, with flexible shift hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage a diverse patient population within a NICU.
• Provide care for significant numbers of high-risk deliveries as part of a regional referral center.
• Oversee patients with an average stay of 21-28 days before transfer to a home hospital.
• Support a surgery unit with babies recovering from various procedures, including growers and feeders.
• Deliver total patient management for neonatal patients under physician direction.
