Job Description

We are seeking a Neurological Surgeon for a 39-day assignment with our client in New Jersey, commencing Aug 17, 2026. This role involves developing a patient portfolio, conducting essential pre-screening and consults, qualifying patients for various surgical procedures, and performing those surgeries. The schedule is estimated 8-5, with hours that may vary, especially during the initial ramp-up phase.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Build and grow a patient portfolio
• Perform pre-screening and consultations
• Qualify patients for surgical procedures
• Conduct various surgical procedures
• The first month will primarily consist of consults to establish the patient portfolio
• The second month will involve performing surgeries alongside continued consults
• The surgical schedule will increase after the initial months
• Surgical Procedures include Cervical Fusion, Lumbar Fusion, Laminectomy, Total Disc Replacement, and Boney Fusions
