Locum Tenens Physician - OB/GYN Needed in California

We are seeking a skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 26-day assignment in California. This role involves a dynamic schedule of call and clinic days, where you will manage vaginal and C-section deliveries, including high-risk cases, and perform a range of gynecological procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform vaginal and C-section deliveries (with or without vacuum assistance)
• Manage high-risk deliveries
• Conduct D&C procedures
• Insert and remove Nexplanon and IUDs
• Perform Papsmears and colposcopies
• Execute LEEP procedures
• Perform circumcisions and vasectomies

Additional Information

• Board Certification: Required in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA, NRP, PALS
• EMR: Cerner
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Schedule: Out of House Call
• Patient Volume: 0-5 patients per day (approximately 200 annual deliveries)
• LOA: 26 Days
• Staffing Mix: Solo provider
