This role involves 24-hour out-of-house call coverage, including morning rounds and callbacks for NSTs, C-sections, and deliveries. The physician will manage typical deliveries, C-sections, GYN consults, NSTs, and patient follow-ups.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide 24-hour out-of-house call coverage for scheduled shifts
Conduct morning rounds
Respond to callbacks primarily for NSTs, C-sections, and deliveries
Manage typical deliveries and C-sections
Perform GYN cases and consults
Conduct patient consults, rounding, and follow-ups daily

Setting: Inpatient
Call Schedule: 24-hour out of house call coverage (7 AM to 7 AM)
Patients per day: 3-10 patients per day, with an average of 70-80 deliveries per month and 4-10 callback hours daily
