Locum Tenens Physician - OB/GYN Needed in KY

Job Description

We are seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for an 8-day assignment with our client in Kentucky, starting Dec 17, 2026. This role involves 24-hour call shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM, primarily covering deliveries and C-sections, conducting patient consults, rounding, and follow-ups. The Physician will be prepared to respond quickly to callbacks while on call.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 24-hour out-of-house call coverage for the entire assignment, responding promptly to callbacks.
• Be primarily on call for deliveries and C-sections.
• Conduct patient consults, rounding, and follow-ups.
• Perform elective GYN surgeries if preferred, though this is not a requirement for the position.

• EMR System: Meditech EHR
• Shift Schedule: 24-hour call shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM
