Locum Tenens Physician - OB/GYN Needed in Maryland

We are seeking a skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 60-day assignment in Maryland, beginning Dec 3, 2024. This role involves providing 12 or 24-hour in-house call coverage for full scope OBGYN hospitalist duties, with a preference for candidates comfortable managing laparoscopic GYN surgeries and ectopic pregnancies.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 12 or 24-hour in-house call coverage.
• Perform full scope OBGYN hospitalist duties.
• Manage laparoscopic GYN surgeries.
• Address ectopic pregnancies.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
• EMR: Cerner
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Schedule: Inhouse Call
• LOA: 60 Days
• Staffing Mix: CNMs on staff
• Shift hours: 7 pm to 7 am, 7 am to 7 pm, or 7 am to 7 am for 24-hour shifts.
• Providers are unable to work back-to-back 24-hour shifts.
• Facility handles approximately 2000 deliveries annually.
• Opportunity for 10-15 shifts per month ongoing.
