Locum Tenens Physician - OB/GYN Needed in Missouri

We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician for a 120-day assignment in Missouri. This role involves a split between clinic and OR, primarily focusing on GYN clinic operations, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM for 1-2 weeks per month, often across two consecutive days each week. The Physician will manage a mix of routine preventative wellness, acute problem-focused visits, chronic disease management, and GYN surgeries, with an emphasis on gynecological cases while also seeing some obstetrics.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide obstetrics care including pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum management.
• Deliver gynecological care encompassing general female reproductive health.
• Conduct a mix of routine preventative wellness visits, acute problem-focused visits, and chronic disease management.
• Perform GYN surgeries.
• Focus primarily on GYN cases in the clinic, with some OB responsibilities.

• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Call Schedule: Out of house call is required, but no call is required after day shift. Physicians may elect to deliver OB patients they are following.
• Patients per day: 10-15 patients per day, approximately 600 annually
• LOA: 120 Days
• Staffing Mix: Support staff includes 24/7 CRNA, RT 24/7, 1st Assist Surgical RN, a minimum of 2 L & D staff (increased as needed), 2 NICU staff, and 1 OB Tech.
