Locum Tenens Physician - OB/GYN Needed in Nebraska

We are seeking an experienced Physician specializing in Obstetrics/Gynecology for an 84-day assignment in Nebraska. This role involves covering 24-hour out-of-house call two weeks a month, from 7 AM to 7 AM, for 7 consecutive days at a time. The Physician will manage unassigned GYN emergency cases, emergent GYN surgeries, and be prepared to handle deliveries or C-sections for overflow situations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cover 24-hour out-of-house call for 7 consecutive days at a time.
• Manage unassigned GYN emergency cases for patients under 20 weeks pregnant.
• Perform emergent GYN surgeries.
• Be prepared to handle deliveries or C-sections as needed due to overflow.

Additional Information

• EMR: Epic
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Schedule: Out of house call; 2 weeks a month 24 hr 2nd call, 7am-7am.
• Patients Per Day: 0-5
• LOA: 84 Days
• Staffing Mix: ED staff; the Physician would be the GYN on call.
