We are seeking a Physician specializing in Obstetrics/Gynecology in Ohio for a 90-day assignment. This role involves 12-hour hospital shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) with responsibilities including comprehensive management of low and high-risk pregnancies, performing OB ultrasounds, and managing various routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and VBACs.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage low risk pregnancies (e.g., history of twins, toxemia, pyelonephritis)
Manage high risk pregnancies (e.g., with toxemia, diabetes, Class II or higher cardiacs, chronic lung problems, chronic renal disease)
Perform FHR Interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
Perform and interpret Level I/Screening OB ultrasounds (Viability)
Manage routine deliveries including vaginal, low forceps, and C-section decision-making
Manage complicated deliveries including C-section, breech, multiple births, and abruptions
Perform VBACs
Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
