Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician for a 60-day assignment in Ohio, commencing Nov 2, 2026. This role involves 24-hour shifts and focuses on comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including rounding on post-partum patients, managing spontaneous and scheduled deliveries, providing emergency room coverage, and performing various GYN surgeries.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Rounding on post-partum patients
  • Managing spontaneous deliveries from the group practice
  • Performing prescheduled C-sections
  • Providing ER coverage, including unassigned ER call as scheduled
  • Being available for spontaneous labor patients from the practice
  • Handling ER GYN call as part of the rotation
  • Managing labor and delivery for 35+ week pregnancies, including high-risk obstetric cases
  • Performing GYN surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
  • Performing circumcisions (a plus)


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
  • EMR system: Epic
  • Work setting: Primarily inpatient, involving labor and delivery, postpartum, and surgical environments.
  • Call schedule: Includes unassigned ER call and ER GYN call as part of the rotation.
