Locum Tenens Physician - OB/GYN Needed in Ohio

We are seeking a dedicated Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 60-day assignment in Ohio. This role involves 24-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM, including 24-hour call on weekdays. The Physician will manage post-partum rounds, spontaneous deliveries, prescheduled C-sections, and provide ER coverage, ensuring availability for labor patients from the practice.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Rounding on post-partum patients
• Managing spontaneous deliveries that present to the hospital from the group practice being covered
• Performing prescheduled C-sections
• Providing ER Coverage when the date corresponds to unassigned ER Call
• Being available for spontaneous labor patients from the Practice
• Providing ER GYN Call on designated rotational days
• Managing L&D (35+ weeks), including high-risk obstetric cases, and c-sections
• Performing GYN surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
• Performing circumcisions is a plus

• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Schedule: Inhouse Call, 24 hour call on a Weekday
• Patients per day: 15-20
• LOA: 60 Days
• Staffing Mix: Nurses, Midwives, Neonatologist to cover nursery
