Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Medicine Needed in Kentucky

We are seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 4-day assignment in Kentucky. The schedule involves specific dates in November and December, with hours from 6:00am to 4:00pm. In this role, you will perform approximately 30 HAZMAT exams daily, encompassing respiratory clearance, EKGs at the provider's discretion, blood and urine collection, audiograms, and vision screenings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform approximately 30 HAZMAT exams daily
• Conduct respiratory clearance, EKGs (at provider's discretion), blood and urine collection, audiograms, and vision screenings
• Manage various physicals, including basic, respiratory, and HAZMAT
• Administer Health History and OSHA Questionnaires
• Order and interpret bloodwork, including CBC, CMP, and Lipid Panel
• Perform Fit Testing and PFTs
• Conduct UA dip, vision tests (near, far, peripheral, color), and audiograms
• Order X-Rays (1v)
