Locum Tenens Physician - Orthopedic Surgeon Needed in Louisiana

We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon in Louisiana for a 90-day assignment. This role involves a 7-day on / 7-day off schedule with 24-hour call coverage, focusing on rounding, orthopedic call, and potential opportunities to see joint replacement patients in a morning clinic.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide orthopedic call coverage
• Conduct patient rounds
• Opportunity to see joint replacement patients in morning clinic
• Manage rounding and call responsibilities in the afternoon

Additional Information

• Board Certifications: Orthopaedic Surgery
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements: Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS)
• Setting: Clinic and Call
• Call Schedule: Out of House Call, 7 days on / 7 days off, transitioning on Monday mornings, 24-hour call coverage
• Patients per Day: 5-10
• LOA: 90 days
