Locum Tenens Physician - Radiation Oncologist Needed in California

Our client in California is seeking a dedicated Physician - Radiation Oncologist for an 80-day assignment, needing two weeks per month on an ongoing basis. This role involves working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM in an established radiation oncology clinic, where you will manage routine appointments, follow-ups, treatment plans, and radiation therapy.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct Rad Onc clinic appointments and consults
• Develop and manage treatment plans and visits
• Administer radiation therapy
• Provide outpatient care exclusively, with no inpatient procedures required

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Radiation Oncology
• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• EMR: Cerner
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Call Schedule: No Call
• Patients per day: 18-22 once fully acclimated
• LOA: 80 Days
• Staffing Mix: Full support staff in clinic and at hospital, including RNs and MAs
