Job Description

We are seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 2-day assignment in New Jersey, starting Oct 4, 2026. The role involves managing a high volume of urgent care patients of all ages, including COVID cases, with a strong emphasis on skills such as suturing and splinting. The successful candidate must be comfortable as a sole provider, working until all patients are seen, which may extend to 8 pm on weekdays and 4 pm on weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide urgent care services, including COVID patient management.
• Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting.
• Function as a sole provider in a high-volume urgent care setting.
• Manage approximately 40-60 patients per day.
• Ensure all patients are seen before departure, with clinic hours extending to 8 pm on weekdays and 4 pm on weekends.
