Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Women and Adolescent Health Needed in NC

Job Description

Our client in North Carolina is seeking a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women and Adolescent Health for a 120-day assignment, commencing Aug 3, 2026. This role involves managing a clinic schedule with 30-minute appointments for new patients and 15-minute appointments for returning patients, typically including two new patient slots per half day. You will perform a variety of GYN procedures and manage routine patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage clinic scheduling, including 30-minute appointments for new patients and 15-minute appointments for returning patients, with a typical day including two new patient slots per half day.
• Perform Colposcopy and LEEP procedures, as well as other simple in office GYN procedures if adequately experienced to do so.
• Provide care for routine GYN, annual visits, postpartum visits, abnormal uterine bleeding, post-menopausal bleeding, and non-complex ovarian cysts.
