Locum Tenens Physician Assistant - Women and Adolescent Health Needed in California

We are seeking a Physician Assistant - Women and Adolescent Health for an exciting 60-day assignment in California. This role involves a Monday through Friday, 5-8s schedule, focusing on comprehensive women's health. The successful candidate will provide essential care, including pregnancy consultations, birth control insertions, and pre/post-partum management, within a setting that supports an approximately 75% Spanish-speaking patient population, with dedicated translators and MAs available.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care for women and adolescent health, including pregnancy consultations.
• Perform birth control insertions and manage related care.
• Address vaginal health concerns and provide appropriate treatment.
• Deliver pre and post-partum care to patients.
• Work with a patient population that is approximately 75% Spanish-speaking, utilizing available translators and Spanish-speaking MAs.
