Job Description

Our client in NC is seeking an Anesthetist for a 90-day assignment beginning Aug 3, 2026. This role involves managing night shifts from 1900-0730, with primary responsibilities in the OB Labor suite, including epidural placement, management, and spinal placement for C-sections, along with C-section care and postoperative rounds.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide anesthesia services exclusively for obstetric patients.
  • Perform solo spinal and epidural procedures.
  • Manage epidural placement and care in the OB Labor suite.
  • Perform spinal placement for C-sections and provide C-section care.
  • Conduct postoperative rounds.
  • Work night shifts from 1900 to 0730.


Additional Information

  • Required Board Certifications: Anesthesiology
  • EMR: Epic
  • Requires 30 documented epidurals placed within the past two years for credentialing.
