Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine Needed in Iowa

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 13-day assignment in Iowa. The schedule offers 12-hour or 24-hour block shifts, providing 24-hour coverage with additional shifts available. In this crucial role, you will manage a variety of emergency cases, from general colds to critical situations, and utilize your suture skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform suture procedures as needed.
• Manage a diverse range of emergency cases, including general colds and critical care, in a rural setting.

Additional Information

• EMR: Epic
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Patients per day: 10-14
• LOA: 13 Days
• Staffing Mix: Sole provider in the ER, supported by RNs and on-call staff.
