Responsibilities and Duties
Provide acute care to patients presenting with emergent medical conditions
Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and initiate treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Respond promptly to medical emergencies in accordance with facility protocols
Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately and timely
Adhere to all relevant state and facility guidelines for emergency medical practice
Additional Information
Must have at least 3 years of recent emergency medicine experience
Required board certifications: Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
