Locum Tenens Physician - Emergency Medicine Needed in IN

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Physician for a 21-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Sep 16, 2026. The client is a Trauma Level III facility where the Physician will be responsible for inpatient and call duties, managing a variety of emergency cases and performing critical procedures. This role offers an engaging opportunity to provide essential care and expertise within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide inpatient and call coverage within a Trauma facility.
• Perform invasive ventilation management, including ETT/Tracheostomy/NT.
• Manage non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP).
• Execute central and arterial line placements.
• Conduct chest tube insertions.
• Place temporary transvenous pacemakers.
• Perform lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, and paracentesis.
• Respond effectively to codes.
