The role involves managing various emergency cases including anesthesia, cardio-thoracic surgery, and general surgery, with shifts available day and night to cover an annual volume of 15,000 patients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage emergency cases related to Anesthesia
Oversee Cardio-Thoracic Surgery related emergencies
Handle Catheterization Lab procedures
Perform duties pertaining to General Surgery emergencies
Conduct Laboratory related responsibilities
Address Neuro-Surgery urgent cases
Ensure timely OR Response
Manage Orthopedic Surgery related emergencies

Staffing Mix: Provider staffing includes 1 Physician and 1 APP daily (6a-6p and 6p-6a physician shifts, 11-9 APP shifts); nursing staff includes 2 RNs around the clock, with additional triage and support staff. ADC is 44.
