Locum Tenens Physician - General Surgeon Needed in Missouri

We are seeking a skilled General Surgeon Physician for an immediate start, ongoing 60-day assignment in Missouri. This role involves up to 10 days per month, focusing on comprehensive general surgery for adult patients, with a preference for those also experienced with pediatric cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform general surgery procedures
• Provide care for adult patients
• Provide care for pediatric patients (preferred)

• EMR: Cerner
• Specific requirements: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call schedule: Inhouse Call
• Patients per day volume: 6-8 patients
• LOA: 60 Days
• Staffing Mix: 2 RNs, 1 MA, 2 Office Staff
