Locum Tenens Physician - OB/GYN Needed in Ohio

We are seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist Physician for a 4-day assignment in Ohio, commencing Nov 26, 2024. This role involves 24-hour out of house call coverage with 8am-8am shifts, focusing on unassigned deliveries, C-sections, and emergent gynecological procedures to support our client's needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 24-hour out of house call coverage.
• Work 8am-8am shifts.
• Manage unassigned deliveries and C-sections.
• Perform emergency procedures for conditions such as ruptured ectopic pregnancies or torsions.
• Conduct emergency GYN surgeries.
• Handle high-risk maternal or fetal complications.
• Deliver full scope OBGYN care.

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• EMR: Epic

• Call Schedule: Out of House Call
• Patients per day: Approximately 15-20 deliveries per month
• LOA: 4 Days
• Staffing Mix: Solo call coverage
