Job Description

We are seeking a Urologist in Montana for a 9-day assignment starting Jan 25, 2027. This Physician role involves providing high-quality, collaborative, and patient-centric care across various settings, with a flexible schedule to meet diverse patient needs. The Urologist will be responsible for comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and effective communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Function independently to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative and patient-centric manner.
  • Deliver care in various settings and modalities, including direct interaction in hospital and clinic, as well as via telephone, video, or secure email when appropriate.
  • Gather patient history, conduct physical exams, review prior records, and analyze ancillary data, utilizing sound judgment and up-to-date medical information.
  • Develop and monitor appropriate treatment plans, communicating effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
  • Provide efficient and compassionate care for patients and their families, utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach through communication, continuity, coordination, and evaluation.
  • Offer relevant education and counseling to patients and families to support care plans, treatment, and discharge.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members, leadership, and medical staff to ensure safe patient care, communicating pertinent findings and information.
  • Assist collaborating physicians with patient management in the hospital consistent with care site policies, regulations, and approved Scope of Practice.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and practice metrics, documenting in accordance with guidelines.
  • Promote the mission, vision, and values of the client.
  • Perform other assigned duties, including potential floating to other departments (within scope) or being placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.


Additional Information
