Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Surgery - Cardiovascular & Thoracic Needed in North Carolina

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner for an engaging 56-day assignment in North Carolina. Our client offers a flexible schedule, open to Monday-Friday or a 14 on/14 off rotation, with shifts typically from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM. In this inpatient role, you will collaborate closely with CT and Vascular Surgeons on a variety of cases, contributing to patient care and helping to onboard a new Advanced Practice Provider.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work directly with Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeons and Vascular Surgeons.
• Provide care for CVT Surgery and Vascular Surgery cases.
• Assist with the training and integration of a new Cardiovascular and Thoracic Advanced Practice Provider.

• Required Board Certifications: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
