Locum Tenens Physician - Family Practice Needed in Indiana

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 120-day assignment in Indiana. This role involves a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule with varying hours between 8am-5pm and 10am-7pm. The Physician will be responsible for medication management, patient education, specialist referrals, ensuring continuity of care, thorough charting, and collaborating with a supportive medical team to treat a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate for upwards of two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Manage patient medications
• Educate patients on home treatment
• Refer patients to specialists
• Ensure continuity of care between visits
• Perform charting and notation for each patient consult in the EMR
• Conduct peer reviews
• Work in conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and medical team
• Treat a culturally and economically diverse patient population

• Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
• Other Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• LOA: 120 Days
