Locum Tenens Physician - Family Practice Needed in Tennessee

Our client in TN is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 60-day assignment. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, focusing on a diverse range of duties including interim medical directorship, daily patient rounding, sick call management, follow-up appointments, and comprehensive chronic care. The physician will also manage foot clinics, patient intake, and medication management, contributing significantly to patient well-being.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Interim medical acting medical director
• Rounding
• Sick Call
• Follow ups
• Chronic care clinics
• Foot clinics
• Intake
• Point of Care testing (typically done by MAs)
• Suturing & Splinting
• Narcan Application
• ER return checks
• Annual Physicals (usually done by Mid-level)
• Working in conjunction with MAT program
• Charting
• Medication Management
