Job Description

Our client in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist to join their team for a 60-day locum tenens assignment, commencing on Aug 3, 2026. This role requires a Physician to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, for 2-4 weeks each month. The primary responsibilities include a significant focus on scoping procedures, endoscopies, and managing patient follow-up visits.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform scoping procedures and endoscopies for approximately 80% of cases.
  • Manage patient follow-up visits.
  • Adhere to a Monday-Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM, for 2-4 weeks per month.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Gastroenterology required.
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR.
  • Proficiency in EUS / ERCP is a plus, but not required.
