Locum Tenens Physician - OB/GYN Needed in NC

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician for a 40-day assignment with our client in North Carolina, starting Sep 14, 2026. This role involves general OB/GYN responsibilities, including overseeing 400-500 deliveries annually, and primarily consists of 24-hour call coverage shifts from 7am to 7am.

Responsibilities and Duties

• General OB/GYN responsibilities, including deliveries.
• Provide 24-hour OB call coverage (7am-7am shifts).
• Work within a Birthing Center, supported by nurses cross-trained to provide labor/delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.
• Utilize exam rooms and procedure rooms for patient care.

Additional Information

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• EMR system: Cerner.
